We think in terms of materials, manufacturing processes and component requirements, not in terms of order lines. And we engage with your quality engineers as equals.

For example: We qualify an alternative supplier for a precision cast component, including an initial prototype, a 3D scan and material testing.

We negotiate terms and keep an eye on the overall costs

We assess every sourcing decision in terms of profit margin and actual total costs, not just the list price. We think through the issues where it really matters from a business perspective.

For example: We are negotiating a 60-day payment term with a new supplier in Taiwan, including protection against currency fluctuations.

Logistics

From the initial consultation right through to storage, we manage the flow of goods

Consolidate, inspect, buffer, deliver just-in-time. Everything from a single source, with our own infrastructure in Altenberge.

For example: We coordinate a sea freight consignment from South-East Asia, including customs clearance, on-site quality checks and storage in our warehouse.
